everyone has their own duties when it comes to good health, but to make it super simple and to not take up too much of your time, here are some healthy practices that i do.

1) go to bed early and get up early

2) drink 1 litre of water after getting up.

3) hit the gym at least 4 days a week and play a sport at least once a week.

4) have a proper breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

5) avoid consuming tea and coffee after 5.

6) drink a minimum of 4 litres of water per day.

7) avoid junk foods.

8) avoid alcohol.

9) sleep for a minimum of 6 hours.

10) take a power nap for 10–20 minutes a day, it boosts productivity and alertness.

11) drink milk before going to bed for a more sound sleep.

12) take cold showers
