the science of formation of words is called morphology. this word is especially related to biology. but we have word morphology in linguistics as well. there can be 3 parts of a word.

prefix + root + suffix

root is the main part of a word. for example, in the word "enactment," act is the root part, 'en' prefix and 'ment' suffix. to know more visit here.

a prefix is something added before a word and a suffix is something added after a word

an example of a prefix would be kilo-, as in kilogram, kilowatt, and kilometer

an example of a suffix would be -full, as in playful, wonderful, and beautiful.

and i have no idea what you mean by "also, if u would tell me the answer for "adjunct", as if prefix and suffix wise." an adjunct is something added to. so a prefix and a suffix would both be adjuncts.
